Pricing Adjustments for Fall 2021
Over the past 18 months a number of practical realities related to the ongoing pandemic have impacted the costs of materials, manufacturing, labor, and logistics in a number of industries. Our family-owned business is no exception. We have witnessed scarcities and pricing increases in the availability of raw materials, skyrocketing freight rates due to container shortages and rising fuel prices, and we have been supportive of the minimum wage increase which also impacts our costs.
While we have been buffering these increases for some time, we must make necessary adjustments now. It will be the first time we have issued a pricing increase in two decades – in the past we have been able to neutralize rising costs by increasing efficiencies within our production process.
Effective September 1 2021, the list price is $39.00 per square foot for all colors, sizes, finishes and textures. Trade discounts apply to orders larger than 25 square feet.
